Recently the golf shop has had a visit from local highway patrol police to advise there will be a focus on unregistered and misuse of golf carts within Bingara in the very near future. The police where kind enough to give us a warning to what is coming.

If caught driving an unregistered cart for any reason on public roads, footpaths or the like, fines equate to approximately $2,000. If your cart is conditionally registered with the RMS for the purpose to drive to and from golf, it would be wise to only use your golf cart for this purpose. For example not to stop and grab milk on the way home, go to the Pulse pool or to drop your kids off at school.
