Hey there, my name is Dyze and I provide administrative and customer service support for Bingara Gorge. I have an Art degree in Communication majoring in advertising and seven years’ experience working for an Real Estate company as a campaign coordinator and campaign manager. Prior to joining Clublinks, I was an Account Manager which really reinforced my love for customer service and project management.

I love getting to work with such amazing colleagues who are always so supportive and willing to lend a hand.

Favourite place in Bingara Gorge:
I’d say the Pulse Office is my favorite spot. It’s super cozy, and I just feel comfortable there.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be:
Definitely ice powers! How cool would it be to control ice?

Natalie Hearne

Communities Accountant

Natalie is our Communities Accountant.

Hi, my name is Natalie and I am the Communities Accountant for Clublinks. I have been in this role for just over one year and enjoy the new challenges of working in the community/strata space. I have over 20 years experience in accounting, working in Public Practice for the first half of my career and then transferring to an internal accountant role in the second half. I have worked in a Research Institute, local Children’s charity and Solicitors office. I love being part of the Clublinks team that strives to deliver the best service possible to their communities.

Lisa Martin

Strata & Communities Assistant

Lisa Martin is our Strata & Communities Assistant.

Hi my name is Lisa and my role is a Strata & Communities Assistant. I’ve been with Clublinks since September 2022. I have over 12 years experience working in the Strata Industry, working in both Strata Management and Fire & Building Compliance. Over my years in Strata I’ve seen many changes through the property and strata sector. I love working with Committees and Owners Corporations and assisting them in achieving their desired outcome. When I’m not at work you can find me playing or watching sport and volunteering at my local football association.

Stephanie Chenery

General Manager - Communities

Stephanie is the Communities General Manager. Stephanie currently holds her Class 1 License in Strata Management and has roughly 7 years’ experience in the Strata Industry. She handles everything from breach maintenance, budget assistance, committee engagement, meetings, projects, levy enquiries plus much more. Steph has been working at Bingara Gorge for over 2 and a half years.

Steph has just returned from maternity leave after welcoming her son earlier this year and is working part time.

A few fun facts about Steph:

Favourite place in Bingara Gorge – Driving into the estate. The garden entry statement is so impressive.

Favourite part about working at Bingara Gorge – No two days are the same. It’s quite a unique set up which makes the role quite interesting. I continue to learn something new each day.

Describe yourself in 3 words – Responsible, trustworthy and respectful.

Favourite sport – Horse riding – I’ve ridden and owned horses since I was 6 years old. It’s where I’m happiest!

If you could have any super power, what would it be? If I had to choose just one, I’d say time travel.

Marisa McKinnon

Community & Facility Manager

Marisa is the newest addition to the Clublinks team at Bingara Gorge having started at the beginning of 2022. Marisa joins us as the Community & Facility Manager and has spent the last 8 years working in real estate marketing.

Favourite part about working at Bingara Gorge –  The awesome community, location and team.

Favourite music to listen to – I like a lot of different types of music. My favourite Spotify playlist is called Kitchen Swagger.

Lauren Langdon

Acting Licensee in charge

Meet Lauren Langdon, a dedicated Owners Corporation and Communities Manager with over 5 years of experience in Strata Management. Passionate about community-focused solutions, Lauren is known for her authentic approach and commitment to fostering relationships. Her genuine enthusiasm and dedication shine through as she works to deliver efficient management solutions and create harmonious, thriving communities.

Lauren is currently the acting licensee in charge whilst Stephanie is on maternity leave.

Favourite part about working at Bingara Gorge –  The community spirit, when the community want to band together, they can do some great things.

Favourite place in Bingara Gorge – There are a few little pocket areas that are beautiful, like the ponds in Pembroke, the pocket park walk along the bush line in Greenbridge etc. You can find a beautiful little area when walking anywhere in the estate.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be – To Fly – travel the world and save on flight costs!
