Kurt is a sport and recreation profession that has been working at Bingara Gorge since early 2021. With over 15 years’ experience in the sport and leisure industry as well as strong retail, administrative and organizational skills, Kurt is a great asset to the Bingara team.
He’s most passionate about his family – they are the most important thing to me and setting a good example for my two girls is a major part of my daily routine. He’s also a sports fanatic whether it be watching or playing!

Rick has been working in the industry for over 12 years and has joined Bingara Gorge after working for a Sydney strata specialist where he fulfilled the role of senior strata management agent & licensed real estate agent for 8 years.
Rick is a highly motivated and hands-on individual working closely with his team and is always available to both clients and staff.
Rick has a good knowledge and understanding of the numerous Acts and regulations and believes that effective communication between all parties involved is paramount to running an efficient and well-maintained scheme.

Strata Manager (on Maternity leave)
Stephanie is the Strata Manager here at Bingara Gorge and the Licensee In Charge. Stephanie currently holds her Class 1 License in Strata Management and has roughly 7 years’ experience in the Strata Industry. She handles everything from breach maintenance, budget assistance, committee engagement, meetings, projects, levy enquiries plus much more.
Steph is currently on maternity leave after welcoming her son in 2021 and will return to Bingara Gorge in 2022.
Golf Operations Manager
Keiran has worked at Bingara Gorge for over 4 years now. I am a member of the Professional Golfers Association (PGA) and have been since January 2006. I have managed and been a part of a variety of golf courses in my career, from public 9-hole courses, to private member only golf clubs. I have been with Clublinks, to manage Bingara Gorge Golf Course since May 2017. The small team on site is always energetic and ready to give every person a fantastic experience and to always get priorities done.

Community Relations Coordinator
Lauren has been working at Bingara Gorge for 5 years now as the Community Relations Coordinator and is also a proud member of the Bingara Community. Lauren holds her Strata Management License and in conjunction with her Strata duties she has a strong focus around community engagement including preparing and running events.
Favourite part about working at Bingara Gorge – The community spirit, when the community want to band together, they can do some great things.
Favourite place in Bingara Gorge – There are a few little pocket areas that are beautiful, like the ponds in Pembroke, the pocket park walk along the bush line in Greenbridge etc. You can find a beautiful little area when walking anywhere in the estate.
If you could have one superpower, what would it be – To Fly – travel the world and save on flight costs!

Jemima has been working at Bingara Gorge for almost a year now as the administration coordinator of golf and communities. You can see Jemima’s friendly face in the Pulse facility on Monday – Wednesday.

Damien has been a part of the Bingara Golf Ops team for over four years. He’s also a keen golfer and when he’s not working in the Pulse facility, you can sometimes find him having a hit on the course.

Jayde has been working at Bingara Gorge for almost four years. Jayde’s a friendly member of the golf operations team who is always willing to help out others. Jayde is also a fully qualified Horticulturist.
