Golf Update – Temporary Golf Course Disruption

Dear Residents of Bingara Gorge,

We would like to advise details of planned works that will possibly disrupt golf course access. The planned works are for the installation of road networks across the golf course tunnel and towards the Hume highway area.

At this stage, Bingara Gorge Golf Course anticipates having disruptions Monday to Friday commencing early to mid-October 2020. It’s anticipated that the below disruptions will be in place for approximately 2 – 3 weeks.

  • The tunnel access from the 10th hole to 11th tee will be closed Monday to Friday.
  • There will be no public access through the tunnel, or any alternate access route.
  • Golf holes 11 – 14 will be accessible to play in isolation.
  • Golf hole 10, 15 – 18 will be accessible to play in isolation.

Saturday and Sunday golf will be available as normal, with current competitions and social play available.

Holes 7 – 9 will remain open 7 days a week for practice as normal.

As further confirmation of details become available, updates will be communicated.

It is critical to check in with the golf shop before entering any golf course areas.

We appreciate your understanding during these works.
