2022 First Annual General Meeting Important Information

ARE YOU A LOT OWNER IN BINGARA GORGE?

If you were not aware, Bingara Gorge is a registered Community Association of NSW and is governed under the Community Land Management Act 2021.

Following changes to the act in late 2021, the Bingara Gorge Precinct and Community Association First Annual General Meetings (FAGM) have been scheduled for February 2022. With these key dates fast approaching, we are encouraging residents to prepare for the upcoming FAGMs.

  1. Utterly ridiculous expectation of that number of people to attend the meeting during regular working hours. This needs to be reviewed.

      Thank you for reaching out with your feedback.
      Clublinks really appreciate the feedback and will take this on board for future AGM’s. We will table this to discuss with the elected committees following the FAGM’s.
      If you are unable to attend the meeting and would still like to have your votes counted and/or put your name down for the Association Committee you can still do this without attending.
